We want you to have a lovely experience! Our policies are as follows:
Shipping
Three Lovelies uses UPS ground, 3-day select, 2-day air and overnight shipping. All shipping prices are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the shipping method chosen and the destination address. All orders received by 10:00 P.M. EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship out the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend and after 10:00 P.M. EST on weekdays will ship out within two days from the day your order is received.
Based on order day and time as outlined above, shipment timing is as follows:
UPS Ground: 5-7 business days, excluding holidays
UPS 3-Day: 3-4 business days, excluding holidays
UPS 2-Day: 2-3 business days, excluding holidays
UPS Next Day: 1-2 business days, excluding holidays
All custom and personalized orders have longer lead times, the length of time required for these items is indicated on the specific product page.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship only to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories or international destinations.
Returns
We want you to love what you've ordered! If you are not satisfied, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days and we'll be happy to issue a refund. (Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.) Once we receive the item, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

We highly recommend that you return the item via an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and that you insure the item for its full value. Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts - this will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be pre-paid; sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
Order Tracking
Once your package has left our warehouse you will receive an email from UPS (Quantum View Notify) with your tracking number. You can track your order using this number at http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US. If for some reason you do not receive the UPS ship confirmation email within 24 hours (it's sometimes blocked as spam by some email service providers), please contact us via info@threelovelies.com. If, after tracking your package at UPS, you still require assistance, please feel free to email us with any questions regarding your order.
Sales Tax
New York residents are required to pay sales tax on all purchases. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.

We accept the following credit cards at this time - Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Out of Stock
While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order is temporarily unavailable. In this case, please e-mail us at info@threelovelies.com and we will notify you by e-mail when the item is re-stocked.
